Egg and spinach BRUNCH

1)  slice up a panino 

2) add raw egg to panino  & scramble

3) Microwave on high one minute

4) cover plate with fresh spinach



5) Place egg on spinach

6) Sprinkle with feta

7) add your favorite dressing to taste.

Depending on the dressing chosen this is well under 300 cal.
